Hospitals and clinics rely on us for beds, furniture and medical waste treatment systems. As Project Coordinator you will make sure each order is delivered, installed and handed over on time and to specification.
What you will do
- Plan deliveries and installations with our suppliers, logistics partners and site teams.
- Be the day-to-day contact for hospital staff during a project.
- Track documents, timelines and open items, and report progress to management.
- Arrange handover, training and after-sales follow-up.
What we look for
- A degree in engineering, business or a related field and some experience coordinating projects or supply chains.
- Strong planning, follow-up and communication skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and e-mail; comfortable visiting hospital sites.
- Experience with healthcare or medical equipment is a plus.
