Senior Associate Private Equity
Paul Hastings is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Private Equity practice in our Boston Office. This is a unique opportunity for candidates to join a leading practice and gain exposure to a wide breadth of private equity transactions.
Compensation
Base pay range: $365,000 $420,000 per year.
Key Qualifications
5-7 years of private equity experience at a leading law firm.
Demonstrated ability to lead a wide range of private equity transactions, including preferred equity deals and leveraged buyouts.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with a commercially focused approach.
Able to work independently with clients and colleagues.
J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility to waive).
