About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to provide professional medical services that enhance the delivery of primary health care. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical leadership, supervision of medical providers and staff, and ensuring the quality and compliance of medical services. This role involves overseeing the management of medical and clinical support providers, providing medical evaluation and treatment to patients, and maintaining treatment protocols. The Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in staff training, professional development, and will participate in public relations and community outreach activities. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, current state licensure, and a DEA certificate. A minimum of 5 years' proven leadership experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in FQHC or public health clinics. The role demands a candidate with strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving. Behavioral qualifications include a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, nurturing approach to patient care.
