We are representing a well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Northeast Tennessee , seeking a motivated Dermatologist interested in both clinical practice and future ownership .


The Opportunity

• Established practice operating since 2013
  
  
• Single-location, physician-owned clinic
  
  
• Current physician plans to retire within the next year
  
  
• Incoming physician can supervise immediately
  
  
• Opportunity to buy in or become a partial owner in 2026 , with a full buy-out by the end of 2026
  
  
• Flexible transition , as the current physician is looking to reduce workload and stress
  
  

Practice Highlights

• Currently operating 3 clinic days per week , with flexibility based on physician preference
  
  
• Full clinic day averages approximately 41 patients
  
  
• Supported by an experienced NP and PA , expected to remain with the practice
  
  
• Space equipped for 4 full-time providers , currently underutilized
  
  
• 13 exam rooms , 2 surgery rooms , and a fully equipped Mohs lab
  
  
• One laser on site , plus a hand and foot booth
