Future Opening: Direct Marketing Associate

Modern Exterior Systems is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customers experience in upgrading their homes. This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates expect to earn $18-24 hourly + $750-1560 weekly commission. Base pay is based on experience, education, location, and certifications.

This role engages in door-to-door canvassing, collecting accurate data on prospective customers and target markets. Eligible for a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.

• Generate qualified leads by conducting door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory.
• Transport yourself to assigned territory and maintain professionalism while representing Modern Exterior Systems.
• Use the company mapping program and business applications to track house?to?house information.
• Maintain a courteous, neat appearance, including proper uniform and municipality permitting.
• Attend required company meetings.
• Communicate ideas to improve canvassing program effectiveness.
• Master MODEX methodology, product, and promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance.
• Reliable transportation to navigate territory.
• Goal?oriented and self?motivated.
• Proficient navigating multiple tablet platforms.
• Physically able to stand and walk 35 miles a day.
