Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time) Status: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid (12 days in person)
Compensation: $80,000$95,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to join our team and help shape the clinical integrity and culture of our practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality client care, and contributing to a stable and supportive supervisory environment. With a manageable client load and dedicated supervision hours, this position is built for long-term success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 8 hours of weekly clinical supervision to assigned clinicians

• Maintain a client caseload capped at 15 clients
  
  
• Offer clinical guidance, reflective supervision, and case consultation

• Contribute to program development and broader clinical leadership initiatives

• Participate in team meetings and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture

• Uphold high standards of ethical practice, documentation, and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Maximum caseload of 15 clients
  
  
• Ability to work 2 days in-office per week
  (Not including special events or required additional meetings)
  
  
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
  
  
• Current California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license (active and in good standing)

• Completed BBS-approved Supervisor Training (15 CEUs)
