We are seeking a detail-driven Investigative Researcher & Writer to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deep research, regulatory interpretation, and transforming complex information into clear, engaging content. The successful candidate will research federal and state regulations, write high-quality blogs and industry content, and deliver professional webinars to corporate clients .
This is a highly visible role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent writing abilities, and confidence in presenting material in virtual training settings.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on federal and state regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Produce clear, accurate written content including blogs, white papers, and training materials.
• Present live webinars to corporate audiences, explaining regulatory topics in a professional, accessible way.
• Translate complex legal/regulatory information into audience-friendly language.
• Stay current on industry news, compliance changes, and emerging regulatory issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong investigative research ability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to present clearly and confidently in webinar or virtual classroom formats.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex regulatory topics.
• Experience in compliance, transportation, legal research, or related fields is a plus.
• Must work full-time in-office .
