Our client is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align well with the organization's values.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift | Full-Time

What's the Job?

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the manufacturing plant and office areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and production areas.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, lunch areas, and entrances.

What's Needed?

• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred, especially in industrial settings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
