Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a full-time RBT to support students in a welcoming, collaborative school district near Wimington, DE. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping learners succeed and enjoys working closely with a supportive team of BCBAs, teachers, and therapists.

\n What You’ll Do:
\n• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day
\n• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
\n• Collect and track student data to help guide progress
\n• Collaborate with school staff and families
\n• Help foster positive behavior, independence, and social/emotional growth
\n
