Sample Login Technician I – Job Description A full-time position based in Pomona, CA. The role involves handling samples for environmental analysis as part of Eurofins Environment Testing. Responsibilities Receive samples, unpack coolers, label containers, scan shipping documentation, and perform sample login. Data entry for sample login with high attention to detail. Verify sample preservation following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Deliver samples to walk‑in refrigerators or lab areas after receipt. Assist with sample disposal queue and actions. Produce bottle kits, add preservatives to containers, and perform shipping, receiving, and login duties. Clean equipment, such as glassware, coolers, sinks, tables, samplers using solvents, water and detergents or acids according to SOPs. Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for safe work execution. Perform other duties as directed. Ideal Candidate Professional, knowledgeable, confident, and friendly demeanor. Customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented; able to follow complex instructions in English. Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet daily commitments amid varying workloads. Understanding of basic chemistry is a plus. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 55 lbs routinely and stand for most of the day. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Explorer, Excel, Word). Database experience a plus. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Job Details Compensation: $18.54 – $22.00 per hour (base salary may vary based on experience). Hours: Monday–Friday 10 am – 7 pm with overtime and weekend work as needed. Location: Pomona, CA (commutable distance emphasized). Employment Type: Full‑time. Seniority Level: Entry level.
