Montclair Hospital Medical Center is nationally recognized, locally preferred, and community focused. Responsibilities To provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling; information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems that are related to hospitalization, illness, disability, or trauma. To provide case management & milieu management, data collection regarding psychosocial aspects related to the patient\'s care, , assist in the re-evaluation of Treatment Plans and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and to coordinate discharge planning. Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical record for each client during his/her length of stay. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work or other related field OR Master\'s in Psychology Current registration as an intern with a Board, as appropriate to education and licensing requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. Master\'s in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field. Minimum one (1) year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $34.37. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
