Accounting Manager/ Sr. Accounting Manager - Credit Fund About the Role We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (or Senior Manager) to join a growing finance team supporting credit and private equity funds. This role involves overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for complex investment structures. You'll work closely with external administrators and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all operational areas. Key Responsibilities + Manage third-party fund administrator and review investor reporting. + Oversee quarterly financial packages, audits, and regulatory filings. + Review complex equity accounting and analyses. + Support financial planning and analysis for funds. + Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and cash forecasting. + Partner with treasury on investment funding and valuation processes. What We're Looking For + 5-7+ years of fund accounting experience. MUST HAVE debt fund experience. + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required. + Experience managing administrators and working in public accounting. + Familiarity with fund accounting software (e.g., Allvue, Geneva, WSO) preferred. + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
