We are looking for professional, energetic Team Leader Housekeeper to join us in our Boca Raton office. You will join a 3 or 4-person team that is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of homes, offices, and showrooms.

What Would I Be Doing?

You must be team-oriented and able to clean multiple houses a day after going through a full training program. This includes dusting, backpack vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.

Manage Team Member work activities through daily supervision and training to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by executing the quality and productivity of The Maids system in every customer home.

  • Deliver quality, efficient and courteous service while performing any combination of the services of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System.
  • Perform all duties in an honest, safe and secure manner in strict accordance with The Maids policies, cleaning system and procedures.
  • Delegates duties and provides supervision of each Team Member to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Evaluates Team Member performance and provides recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
  • Provides training to new and experienced Team Members when necessary
  • Responsible for daily reporting including but not limited to customer complaints, payment collection, time keeping records and vehicle mileage.
  • Responsible for the reporting of any issues to management such as mechanical problems, delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations.
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing new employees.

  • Ability to Perform admin work whenever required.
  • Ability to use computer.

· DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 2 - 3 years Supervisory experience
  • 2-3 years cleaning experience.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) skills are advantageous.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
